CHINA
COMMERCIAL PILOT - GENERAL AVIATIONJetOne Aviation Academy has been appointed by multiple General Aviation companies in China to supply graduate pilots from our school. Due to the different business nature that our clients are engaged in, the final job specifications and hiring requirements may vary. However, below is the minimum commercial pilot requirements that generally accepted by most General Aviation companies in China:1. A US FAA Commercial Pilot License;
2. No less than 250 flight hours;
3. Must be able to speak and understand Phutonghua; and
4. Willing to travel and relocate to China.
Remuneration: Full-time basis, and annual salary ranges from RMB100,000 to RMB300,000 depending on the client's business nature and job specification.
License Conversion:License conversion is required in order to operate as a commercial pilot in China, the clients would make necessary arrangements to assist the candidates for successfully converting the FAA into CAA Licenses.
FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR - GENERAL AVIATIONOur clients are expanding their general aviation business into flight training and looking for qualified flight instructors to take on the instructor role at their schools. Here are the basic requirements:1. Must possess a current US FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) license, higher license ratings will also be considered but not necessary;
2. No less than 250 flight hours;
3. Proven track record in providing flight training;
4. Must be able to speak and understand Phutonghua; and
5. Willing to travel and relocate to China.
Remuneration: Negotiable.
License Conversion:License conversion is required in order to operate as a Flight Instructor in China, the clients would make necessary arrangements to assist the candidates for successfully converting the FAA into CAA Licenses.
CHINA AND HONG KONG
US FAA AGI (Advanced Ground Instructor)We are currently expanding our ground training operations in China and Hong Kong and in need for a number of US FAA AGIs (Advanced Ground Instructor) for conducting ground theory training classes locally. This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to enter into the booming general aviation industry in China. We will also consider those candidates without the AGI license but subject to our stringent hiring requirements. This is particularly a great news for those candidates who possess education or training experience and wish to expand his/her teaching career into the aviation training market. Please see below the job specifications:1. Bachelor Degree from a foreign University, preferably the United States;
2. Fluency in English both written and verbal;
3. Has a passion in aviation and professional training;
4. Possesses a US FAA AGI License, but also consider CFI;
5. Has provided ground or flight instructing before;
6. Willing to travel and/or relocate to China; and
7. Priority will be given to those who live in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu, Nanjing, Kunming, and Hong Kong.
Remuneration: Full-Time: Monthly basic salary plus an hourly rate each time when a class has successfully commenced.
Part-Time: Hourly rate per class.Non-Licensed Candidate: If the candidate is interested in pursuing a career in aviation and aviation training, JetOne is willing to provide an opportunity to those who have the qualifications and able to pass our hiring requirements. Upon confirmation of the job offer, candidate is expected to finance his/her own training tuition for the ground training at JetOne and the costs of taking the written exams plus 1 hour of discovery flight and 1 hour of simulator training at our flight training facility in the United States. Successful licensed AGI will receive a formal employment contract from JetOne with a minimum of one year, depending on the candidate's teaching performance the employment contract will be renewed for another year.
TRAINING CONSULTANT
We are expanding our business operations and looking for experienced Training Consultants to help in devising, strategizing, marketing and selling of our ground and flight training programs. The ideal candidate should have been in the education or professional training field with proven track record and intimate knowledge about the education sector in Hong Kong, Macau, and Southern China. Please see below the job specifications:
1. Bachelor degree from an overseas University, preferably the United States;
2. Good command of English and Chinese both written and verbal, mandarin is a must;
3. At least 2 years of working experience in the education or training field;
4. Sales oriented with strong marketing skills;
5. Goal driven with ability to meet targets; and
6. Confident, self-motivated, sensitive, and strong interpersonal skills.
Remuneration: Basic salary + commission.
