Understanding Radio Phraseology is a necessary step to acquire the skills and confidence to communicate with Air Traffic Control (“ATC”) and other aircrafts. Students undertaking any type of flight training will need to be radio communication proficient prior to being issued a license. To get a head start on the familiarities with pre-flight and inflight procedures in a classroom environment will significantly enhance the overall flight training experience. Thus, it greatly reduces the most time-consuming tasks every time when student starts the engine. Instead of paying the excessive time on routine tasks, students could now enjoy more on the actual flying during their flight training. At the end of this course, students will be given a 1-hour Inflight Procedure test of which a detailed Assessment Report is furnished and clearly states the score and Instructor’s comments. Upon completing this course program, students will have gained the skills to become communication and procedures proficient and prepared to pursue flight training with confidence.

Flying for your leisure? The Private Pilot Certificate is the way to start. Whether you wish to fly for personal gratification or working toward a career in aviation. This is the first step toward your ticket to the sky. It is also the stepping stone for those who intend to become a professional pilot. Once accomplished, you will be able to fly friends and family to destination of your choice.

Pilots trained according to an accelerated curricula outlined in Part 141 of the Federal Aviation Regulations may be certified with a minimum of 35 hours of flight time. Private pilots may not fly for compensation or hire. However, they may carry passengers as long as they have the appropriate training, ratings, and endorsements. Private pilots must have a current Class 3 medical exam, which must be renewed every 24 or 60 months (depending on age). The professional pilot program is designed to take you from zero time to commercial pilot multi engine in 6 months time. It will provide all the necessary qualifications for a career in aviation. Upon obtaining the CPL certification, you will be able to receive payment for your pilot services. Airline companies look for a combination of certification when hiring. The standard order to the licenses and ratings is as follow:
A. Private Pilot(40 flight hours minimum required by FAA under Part 141)
This is always the first part of your commercial training. Private pilot training is where you will begin obtaining your pilot skills and building your career in aviation.
B. Instrument Rating(50 flight hours minimum required by FAA under Part 141)
The Instrument Rating is the next step in your flight training. This rating enables you to fly in less-than-perfect skies by using the instruments in the cockpit panel. Instrument rating is technically not a pilot certificate, but an add-on which allows a pilot to fly in weather with reduced visibilities such as rain, low clouds, or heavy haze. When flying in these conditions, pilots follow instrument flight rules (IFR). The training provides the skills needed to complete flights without visual reference to the ground, except for the takeoff and landing phases. All pilots who fly above 18,000 feet mean sea level (msl) must have an instrument rating.
This rating is a highly specialized training. It is required to be trained by a certified flight instructor (CFI) with a special instrument instruction rating (CFII). The certification is completed with an additional written exam, oral exam, and flight test. Pilots applying for an instrument rating must hold a current private pilot certificate and a class III medical certificate, have logged at least 50 hours of cross-country flight time as pilot in command, and have at least 40 hours of actual or simulated instrument time including at least 15 hours of instrument flight training and instrument training on cross-country flight procedures.
Hours can often be earned concurrently and are accumulative. After acquiring a private license certificate, an instrument rating can be obtained with additional hours of training.
C. Commercial Pilot (190 flight hours minimum required by FAA under Part 141)
In this course, you will be trained to stricter commercial standards and more flying will be accomplished. Our Commercial Pilot Program is an accelerated, structured program that allows you to obtain the necessary flight training to be able to transition to a commercial pilot position. Students will learn and acquire the essential skills for aeronautical decision making during this program.
In order to obtain a commercial pilot’s license one must be at least 18 years old, have a current Class II medical exam and have a minimum of 250 hours of flight time (190 hours under the accelerated curriculum defined in Part 141 of the Federal Aviation Regulations). In addition, commercial pilots must hold an instrument rating, or be restricted to flying for hire only in daylight, under visual flight rules (VFR), within 50 miles of the originating airport.
